I agree with Roeper …
I agree with Roeper. James Cameron should have got an award for best director. The movie took so much time and he had to keep track of a decade of visual effects technology. A- is right!!

All the digital …
All the digital stuffs on Avatar amount to 1 pitabite, or 1,000 terrabites. It was 2 years before he actually shouted “ACTION!!!” on a set. Yeah, he DEFINATLEY had to wait for technology to catch up.

@NatRhythm
I’m not …
@NatRhythm
I’m not quite sure how Ted Kaczynski – I presume the unabomber is who you mean? – actually factors in here. But I’ll roll with it.
I’m just disinterested in a sub par technology being hyped as the next big thing, when said next big thing has come and gone before…
Your opinion is just as valuable as mine – if you actually have one on this – it’s just that noone cares here unless they differ.
If this is the beginning of a troll fight, bring it.
If this is logan500, BRING IT! NOW!!!

@yunjy33
Why would …
@yunjy33
Why would you buy a 3D TV?
This current 3D fad is still forcing your brain into optic confusion – in other words it is no different to the previous attempts Hollywood have made in trying to monopolise the visual market. They have done it so many times it is actually just a bore now.
All you gadgetwhores just spent thousands of dollars on HD now you’re going to do the same with 2.5D *facepalm*… Wake me when there’s real 3D *yawn*

@jim2738426
I looked up the blu-ray dvd on Amazon, and there’s nothing on it all, so there was nothing really to review. I guess James Cameron is waiting to release it in the future with tons of special features. It’s all about the money.

The movie is …
The movie is definitely AWSOME, but is it worth to buy?, ….. let me say 1st, Im a movie buff, my DVD, HD-DVD, Blu-ray collection goes above 900 movies.
Cannot understand WHY?????? the Blu-ray version does not include “behind the scenes” section a movie of this technological category, its just plain stupid, … so I say no, it’s not worth buying, just rent it, … hope soon, either a 3D version for home or a version with all the extras come out.
