    mac and pc has different uses

    PC- Can play mostly games and wide variety of software, however that depends on OS, system requirement and etc…..VERY customizable and gaming runs faster and better for lower cost
    MAC-the OS and the software for graphic design/video editing and such works better then PC a lot better bec they concentrate on fluent flow with the OS and software..that comes with 2x or more price tag

    @adiikan: You do realize that the money spent on a mac could easily be spent on upgrades to your band’s gear, right? $1400 for a CHEAP mac, not even the 27″ iMac, vs. roughly half that for a more powerful windows box, even prebuilt. If you build the windows machine yourself, you get even more power, at an even better price tag. 1 piece of software should not determine your purchase, especially given audacity is completely free, open source, and available for windows.

    Look, Mac is awesome. I mean, Windows is cool too, i’ve been using windows my whole life, but i’m seriously thinking about changing. Those who said that the Macs are weaker, well you’re wrong. Just go and see the 17 inches MacBook Pro, or the 27 inches iMac. They’re better for runing image processing, video processing, audio processing softwares, i mean, i’ve got a band and the Macs come with GarageBand.So, it’s a clear victory.^-^

    Pretty much anyone with half a brain can figure out how to do everything Mac does on windows. Mac does nothing but make you look like a rich kid when you’re at an internet cafe, and make you look ignorant for buying a computer with half the power of a good PC at double the price.

    Macs look nice and the os looks nice too, but is it worth double the cost when a pc does every a mac can do and more for example gaming, and also windows comes on a wide range Laptops and computers.
    P.S. these ads are really gay and i thought the windows ones were bad. i now see where they get the I’m a pc.

    I lol so hard at all these idiots comparing Mac to a PC. There is none better than the other because ‘Mac’ or ‘PC’ don’t mater much like Linux, or windows because they essentially do the same thing. What makes a computer better than another computer is all hardware. Ram, GFX card, cooling, sound, processor and w/e else is what separates fail comps from the good ones.

    I just have to share my 2 cents here.. Everyone who is commenting below about their pc’s battery life lasting longer or it running faster is just highly misinformed. Its all about the hardware your computer has when you buy it and MAC is just a brand name, just like ALIENWARE. IF you compare the two brands, you will see that the brand with the Windows operating system is far better then the Mac.. The sad part is Mac uses Intel chipsets aswell and its still not as good. Just highly overpriced!

Has nothing to do with not being able to communicate in person, Mr. grumpy prejudice. MSN is the most used chat-program by far over here. Free and handy. However you use it or not, it shouldn’t be such a abatement switching to Mac with MSN being more than ten years old – it’s like when Word or Excel for Mac would miss 40% of it’s most important features.
