Can i split the ouput of a hdtv receiver from a satellite (direct tv) to two (2) or three (3) hdtv (?)..?

can i split the output of a hdtv receiver from a Satellite Direct tv to two (2) or three (3) hdtv ?.....just like cable tv ? thank you for your time.

    I suspect so, distributing the signal to two or more sets should be easy. But the channel selection mechanism is in front of the signal converter so you’d be watching the same show on all the sets.
