I want a new home entertainment system with PC, TV which will connect to my xbox 360 and surround sound.?

Help me please. The laptop has broken and the TV is past its best, what are these "multimedia centres" everyone talks about? Can they connect to my xbox and current surrond sound and can they run a separate monitor so i can watch TV on the TV and still use the pc?

You can do all that and more, visit Sound Advice, they have the best stuff for home entertainment and I would go through Dell for computers, but be prepared to max out that credit card.

Believe it or not Best Buy is probably your best bet, their geek squad guys are more then competent when it comes to this stuff. Buy what you need (from BB) then pay for Home Instillation. Works like a charm.

just buy a new computer and get a new TV. your all set. hook your surround sound to your TV hook your xbox to your TV. and your xbox can connect to your PC through your internet connection. vioala. home entertainment. now you can put all this music and video on your PC and stream it to your xbox. yay.

You can get the kits that transmit through your electrical supply.
That way you can hook stuff up anywhere in your house and its harder to be hacked from outside sources.
And yes its safe for all your appliences
