    I was a little late …
    I was a little late coming to the party on this song. I’ve been a big fan of QR since their first album, and still think OMC (1) is one of the greatest albums ever. When this song first came out, my wife liked it but I thought it was kind of boring. Today I happened to hear it on the radio (XM 51) and started paying attention to the lyrics. The song really got to me. When I got home, I looked up the lyrics and read them. Wow, I was really blown away. Amazing. Pure genius.

    @egotrippin007 Thanks for your reply. Again, my heart goes out to you, your pain is unimaginable. But I still believe that He can heal your heart. I’m almost positive that if you really look you will find that there are good things in your life. I am going through a difficult period but frequently can find pleasure in small things – sometimes right here on YouTube. I will pray that He restore joy to your life. You cannot bring back your loved ones, but you can live a joyful life FOR them.

    @YouSPI God loves you because only he could have bestowed so much compassion in your heart. thank you for your kind words but it’s too late for me my world is ruled by greif and pain seething rage and unforgiveness and hate. my husband on 9/11 and my twin sister by a drunk driver my faith in god is pretty much shot at this point. what ever he has planned for me i can’t wait it’sgotta be good!!!

    I’ve always loved …
    I’ve always loved this song from when it first came out…to me it’s one of their best. This guy could sing names out of the phone book and sound good to me. I absolutely LOVE the instrumentation with this piece.

    This is their best …
    This is their best song. A classic for sure. I see this song as being about lucid dreams and how you have a certain about of control over them. The conscious mind “will be watching over you”, (the subconscious dreams). Using your conscious mind to visualize your and control your dreams. In a sense it’s saying, “reality is a state of mind”.
