Question about satellite direct tv?

Im talking about Satellite Direct tv for your pc. for those of you using this to watch tv on your computer, does it have disney channel? How exactly do you access it? Do you form the internet connection, then run the program? Is it actually a program? Can you delete your account after you buy it? can you cancel your membership? do they erase your credit card info after you buy it?
