satellite TV, is there a programme i can use to watch live sky TV on my PC?

i tried "world TV" and it didnt work, there must be a programme out there that lets me watch TV from around the world. thanks for any answers.
Only way I know is to have a TV card on your PC and link to your sky box in RF2 out.
