Where to watch movies that are in theaters/DVD?

I've checked a few sites but most require you to fill out a survey with personal information. Is there any place I can watch the movies that are currently in the theaters? Also movies that out on DVD, besides Netflix which I have but the movie I want to see is not available there yet...
